THE FOUNDER AND visionary
Rubi’s visionary leadership was pivotal in
the creation of By Design Consulting, as she initially recognized the profound
need for coaching and training in our communities. To empower individuals to
live within their unique design, she developed a biblically based mentorship framework
and launched programs for women and teens in various communities. As this
vision expanded, she invested in the coaching and training consultancy to
broaden its reach and amplify its impact.
Rubi funded training, counseling, career
assessments, and coaching for underserved communities, providing opportunities
for those in need to find direction and purpose. Since 2011, she has coached
numerous individuals, driven by her belief in creative philanthropy. She
encourages others to experience the fulfillment of giving by partnering with
her through their time, skills, ideas, and other resources for causes they are
passionate about.
Her leadership strength, combined with her
ability to inspire and influence, has enabled her to motivate individuals to
live within their design. A certified professional coach with a PhD in pastoral
counseling, Rubi is also a Career Direct consultant who deeply believes in
living according to one's design. She has authored four devotional books, hosts
women’s events, and facilitates team-building sessions for small businesses and
NGOs. Additionally, Rubi is a certified 5 Lens Enneagram practitioner and team
coach, further enhancing her ability to support and develop individuals and
groups.
Rubi designed the Rubi Coaching Framework
- Reflect, Unveil, Build, Integrate - which is at the heart of her coaching
practice. This framework provides a structured, transformative approach that
empowers clients to discover their true potential, overcome challenges, and
achieve personal and professional growth.
